GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering,
• No experience is required. 1 - 3 years of experience can be advantageous,
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programmes,
• Willing to work in computer intensive work environment with tailored UI,
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills,
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude,
• Will be able to reside in Izmir or Manisa,
• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Lead and manage end to end daily production operations,
• Preparing setup dependent paralel machine schedules with due dates,
• Maximize utilization of factory resources,
• Analyze and realize bottlenecks in short and long term and communicate business results with stakeholders,
• Taking preventive actions for delayed and unfinished orders,
• Periodically monitor and report inventory levels with related metrics,
• Optimize factory cost due to above operations.
