/Main Customer Service follower inside of Product Development Process
/Monitoring and Analysing performance of the appliances in the related countries
/Following feedback in order to share with the related Quality departments of the factories and support in order to focus on technical improvements
/Collaborating with various departments mainly Factory Quality Management, Technical Product Management, Local and Regional Customer Service departments etc.
Your Profile
/ University degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Technical Education Faculties like Electrical, Mechanical education
/ Preferably minimum 2 years similar experience in White goods customer service or another customer service sector
/ Fluent English knowledge is a must
/ Excellent MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) knowledge
/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working
