We are looking for "Product&Sales Trainer Executive".

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsibilities include teaching presentation and persuasion techniques to new hires, simulating sales scenarios and preparing training programs that cover knowledge gaps
• Schedule product & sales skill trainings’ agenda. Be responsible for realization of the plan
• Organising face to face & online trainings for GroupeSEB brands and tracking related KPIs
• By making field visits obtain data & info for SEB products & monitor competition
• Collaborative job with agency to create product videos fore recent and product launch SKUs or ranges
• Collaborative job with product managers. Obtaining info from PMs to update and pass new products specs&benefits.
• At least between 3-5 years of experience at Consumer Electronics, Cosmetics or similar markets

• Passionate for learning & teaching & presenting
• Excellent Communicator: excel at written and verbal communication, group presentation, teaching skills, and being able to clearly articulate in a variety of ways to deliver key learnings.
• Energetic and Creative: able to creatively problem solve on the spot & to come up with creative solutions and understand the underlying issue to ensure participants fully grasp and can apply concepts in their daily product usage.
• Microsoft Office usage esp. Power Point
• Advanced level of English
• B class driving licence: able to travel in & outside city
