Job Description:
To manage production and maintenance operations in our company operating in the fast moving consumer goods sector,
Supporting new projects by being involved in their development,
Preparing periodic reports and presenting them to the management,
Conducting studies focused on cost reduction,
Planning and conducting staff training activities,
To be in efficient communication and cooperation with other departments
HSE and quality-oriented work,
Advanced level of English
To carry out SQDCP, KAIZEN, PDCA, DMAIC, TPM, 5S studies,
Required Qualifications:
University graduate,
Minimum 10 years of experience in the production sector,
Good knowledge of English,
Strong machinery-equipment technical background,
Good knowledge of HSE and Quality management systems,
Strong planning and organizational skills,
High management skills; capable of team management, management by objectives and coordination,
Strong communication skills, successful in human relations,
Persuasion and representation skills, presentable
Team work oriented,
Analytical thinker; able to work fast and result-oriented in a dynamic environment,
