GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a “PRODUCTION CHIEF” for our company with global footprint, which is among the leading railway suppliers worldwide. The workplace will be at our office located in Çankırı factory.

This position will directly report to the Production Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in mechanical engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Good Knowledge of Autocad and one of CAD-CAM software’s (Fusion 360 is an asset)
• Preferably experienced in assembly process
• Excellent command of English
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork
• No restriction to travel
• Active driver (B)
• Resident in Çankırı is must

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organization of production operations
• Executes daily production activities and responsible for process improvements in the production area
• Ensuring continuity and optimization of production
• Closing of work orders in SAP
• Technical support to foreman and operators
• Train & develop production team members to an appropriate level
• Identify Health & Safety requirements for all production process
• Organization of periodic maintenance operations for machines
• Prepare and update the operation plans, workflows and instructions
• Providing required activity reports to management
