QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Production Supervisor with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Bumblebee production facilities operating in Antalya Organized Industrial Zone;
Job Description:
- Managing production planning, production process and technical maintenance activities,
- Playing an active role in projects by coordinating production improvement activities,
- Guiding the team in line with goals with the experience in employee management,
- Carrying out studies focused on lean production, process improvement, cost control and efficiency.
- Being able to track and report production processes from preparing raw materials until the end product is obtained, therefore detecting disruptions in the process and coming up with timely solutions,
- Production KPI reporting,
General Qualifications:
- Preferably having graduated from Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering departments of Engineering faculties,
- Having worked in Factory or Production Supervisor positions for at least 3 years,
- Having team management and leadership qualities,
- Having an advanced planning, organizing, coordinating, and reporting abilities,
- Focused on lean production, process improvement, cost control and efficiency.
- For male candidates, having completed military service
- Being able to actively speak English,
