We are looking for a “Production Chief Engineer” for our global client about machining sector in İstanbul Silivri with the following skills and the qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Having at least 5 years of experience in
• Good PC Skills (MS Office Programs) (SAP Knowledge is an asset),
• Advanced level of English knowledge,
• Will report directly to the production manager,
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivation and desire to learn
• Ability of effectively work with team members including operations personnel and also
with external shareholders
• Has experience managing and coordinating groups/people for a common purpose,
• Has experience in CNC machining and production of press lines
• Experience at Iso 9001 / Iso 14001 etc
• Experienced in proficient in AutoCAD, Solidwork, Solidcam and Esprit cad-cam
applications.
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and
energetic,
• Knowledge of Kaizen, 6S, VSM , Lean and/or TPM activities is preferred,
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Driving licence (class B).
Job Description:
• Supporting machinery planning activities (line and layout planning, workplace ergonomy)
• Following the daily production plan
• Clarifies and validates new product references on the process line
• Identify bottleneck areas
• Improve production line performance on cost/quality/efficiency/ergonomics/safety.
• Continuous improvement and development of lean manufacturing solutions including realization of projects, Maintaining lean manufacturing activities like 6S, Kaizen, SMED.
• Reduce the overtime period
• Ensure respect of standards at shopfloor.
• Analyzing and reporting daily, weekly, monthly production data
• Develope and coordinate safety, productivity,
• Analys & identify workplace requirements in line with company vision
• Organizing the necessary human resources and facility preparations to execute manufacturing programs,
• Ensuring occupational health and safety via actions and regulations,
• Following technical deficits related to his/her responsibilities and ensuring their solutions.
• Ensure Customer requests at production.
