QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for "Production Engineer-Lean Engineer" to support our growing local and international business in Production Department.
- University degree in mechanical engineering,
- At least 2-3 years experience in Lean Management,
- Preferably experienced in machining process,
- Good knowledge of English is essential,
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications,
- Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork,
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn new subjects,
- No restriction to travel,
- Active driver (preferable).
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organisation of production operations
- Executes daily production activities and responsible for process improvements in the production area
- Ensuring continuity and optimisation of production
- Technical support to foreman and operators
- Train&develop production team members to an appropriate level
- Identify Health&Safety requirements for all production process
- Organisation of periodic maintenance operations for machines
- Prepare and update the operation plans, workflows and instructions
- Providing required activity reports to management
