QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TotalEnergies is looking for a team member for the following position:

• Support production manager to maintain & supervise production activities
• Ensuring that HSE is integrated into all production activities and relevant HSE policies & procedures are implemented, maintained and followed up
• Responsible for ensuring that all production related targets are realized in line with TotalEnergies Group Standards, Total Process Book & ISO standards
• Close follow-up of production plans in coordination with planning department
• Prepare & monitor detailed scheduling of weekly blending and filling plans
• Order & follow packaging material needs from relevant suppliers
• Create, revise and confirm production orders in SAP system
• Attend & support ERP BS projects related to production
• Calculate & follow production KPI results
• Manage monthly periodical stock counting for production raw materials & prepare mass balance reports
• Attend all works related to quality management systems (IMS, ISO 39001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001,etc.)
• Coordination of activities between Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Laboratory, Logistics, Technical Services and Supply Chain

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (preferabley Industrial or Chemical Engineering)
• Advance level of English knowledge (French is a plus)
• Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge (SAP knowledge is a plus)
• 0-3 years experience in Production
