- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Department.
- Minumum 3 years experience in Production Department.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Having Good knowledge Lean Management.
- Having Good systematic and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent using MS office programs.
- No obstacle to travel.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Residing or willing to live in Çerkezköy, Çorlu.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organizing and performing production activities in accordance with company targets and policies, production instructions and customer quality criteria, taking into account the Production Plan,
- Carrying out the necessary improvement-development studies to reduce production waste and time losses,
- To follow the production targets and to take action in case of deviation from the targets,
- Carrying out production machinery capacity, workforce and line balancing studies, budgeting on an annual basis,
- To ensure the application of lean production techniques or problem solving techniques to the enterprise and to raise awareness of the employees on this issue.
