Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree,
• Min. 3 years experience in production area,
• Good knowledge of English,
• Good knowledge of reporting techniques,
• Knowledge of 6 Sigma, Kaizen, Lean and/or TPM activities is preferred,
• Knowledge of SAP and MES is preferred,
• Having "taking initiative" competency,

Job Description

• Responsible for all production phases in production area,
• Ensuring the optimization of the production factors (material, method, labor force and machineries) by providing all necessary information to Production Manager and management,
• Supporting the development of improvement initiatives,
• Carrying out the statement of production at the end of the shift (Declaration of conformity of the production with the parameters of quantity, quality and safety),
• Supporting the planning of the operating activities on the lines within his/her area of competence,
• Responsibility for the interruption or slowdown in production of the lines on the basis of the information deriving from the operators,
• Implementing the actions defined for the realization of the production programming.
• Managing production employees under his/her resposibility.
