QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Chemistry Engineering,
- Production experience will be an asset preferably in FMCG, food industry or pharmaceutical,
- Good command of written and verbal English,
- Analytical, organizational and time management skills,
- Positive, self - motivated, proactive, team player, dynamic,
- Strong analytical & reporting skills,
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities, take the initiative, attention to detail,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting to maintain safety&production requirements, protocols and team management,
- Prepare shift plan by analyzing weekly production plan and utilization,
- Responsible for blue collar employees development process by training in production related areas (HSE, Quality, Delivery),
- Production efficiency, losses analysis and support to Lean manufacturing process,
- Daily follow up and support production tasks, (check sheets, production lines, materials and headcounts etc.) to sustain production through lean approach,
- Responsible for production continue and monitoring to ensure customer requirements are met,
- Participate in external, internal audits and sertifications,
- Responsible for ensuring that all production&packaging related targets are met and participate projects.
