QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of production experience
- Knowledge in the management of assembly lines preferably worked in the white goods or automotive sectors.
- Having knowledge about lean systems, leading continuous improvement
- Advanced level of English both in speaking and writing
- Able to reside in Eskişehir
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Fulfillment of assembly line production targets such as production quantity, quality indicators and scrap rates.
- Identifying and solving production and quality problems in the short and long term using 6 sigma and other tools
- To ensure the implementation pioneering and participatory assembly line maintenance activities and projects.
- Conducting line balancing efficiency improvement, new investment and equipment efficiency projects.
- Participating in cost and process improvement projects on the assembly line.
