- Bachelor's degree in engineering departments,
- At least 1 year experience as a Production Engineer,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Has experience in methods and processes of production,
- Has experience managing and coordinating groups/people for a common purpose,
- Improved representing skills, analytical thinker, ambitious, highly self-motivated,
- Perfect problem solving skills, ability to develop others,
- No military service obligation for male candidates,
- No travel restrictions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Executing on site to make sure production processes run efficiently,
- Controling the related production KPI's of related department, ensure continious improvement. At the meantime, collaborating with other departments involved in the production processes,
- Oversees every stage of a production from initial planning, budgeting, schedules and contract negotiations,
- Providing information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product reports and analysing due to company’s strategy,
- Personal development and management of the blue collar workers in production line,
- Implementing work safety and health, quality, productivity goals and principles while performing these activities.
