SMR Plast Met Automotive AŞ, located in Hasanağa OSB, is the Subsidiaries of Motherson Group which is one of the leading Groups in the automotive industry.
We are searching for a "Production Engineer"with the following qualifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering),
Knowledge of Plastic Injection Process and Parameters
Experienced in Plastic Injection molds
Good command of written and spoken English (Reporting, attending meetings)
Minimum 4 years experienced in automotive industry
Experienced in problem solving, time management, communication and customer focus,
Prone to team work and result-oriented,
Developed managerial skills
Good communication skills
Good knowledge in MS Office Programs
B-class driver's license, able to drive actively,
Knowledge of ERP programs and Production Tracking software,
Analytical thinking,
No military obligation for male candidates,
Job Desciription:
To follow the performance of the production process, to report the results to manager.
Leading the subordinate team
Ensuring the realization of the planned reference productions,
To ensure the continuity of efficient working conditions by using the online machine monitoring system and examining the production results.
