DowAksa, an international indirect joint venture between the Dow Chemical Company and Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii A.Ş., established in 2012, is providing and selling high quality carbon fiber and carbon fiber reinforced advanced composite solutions by applying science, world class manufacturing capabilities and technical knowledge, to the industrial clients.
DowAksa is selling to diversified industrial market areas.
End users are;
Wind Energy
Pressurised Vessels
Infrastructure
Automotive
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree in Chemical, Process or other related engineering,
• Preferably two years work experience in manufacturing operation, quality units, able to quantify results and production processes,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge MS Office and ERP system,
• Good communication and coordination skills, competent in teamwork, strong analytical approach, enable a learning approach to solve problems,
• Residing or to be residing in Yalova, Karamürsel or Istanbul Anatolian side,
• Having no obstacle for travelling inland or abroad.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Managing daily operation of the production line,
• Planning and organizing production processes and schedules,
• Following productivity, capacity utilization, profitability and performance indicators,
• Develop and implement plans to improve quality, efficiency & the reducing of costs,
• Check and evaluate the function and technical design of machines and systems,
• Maintain safe work environment in responsible process and employees.
