QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be appointed as a Production Engineer to our company located in Çayırova with 100% German capital operating in the automotive sector.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering departments of universities,
- Fluency in verbal and written English,
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in Production Engineering in the automotive or metal sector,
- Experienced in press, welding and laser cutting processes,
- Experienced in blue collar team management, organization and coordination,
- Responsible, able to use initiative, analytical thinking,
- Adopting planned and customer-oriented work as a principle,
- Having knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM etc.,
- Knowledge of quality standards, process improvement and lean production,
- Knowledge of measurement techniques, efficiency calculations, reporting techniques.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organizing the production works in line with the production plan,
- Manages and develops the team; creating and announcing the shift schedule to meet expected production levels and equipment efficiency,
- Preparing production reports,
- To carry out production line product and process improvement studies,
- Working with the relevant units to reduce quality problems and production losses,
- Determining the nonconformities in the production area, determining the necessary corrective measures and ensuring that they are implemented,
- To continuously regulate and follow the production flow in line with work safety, quality and efficiency,
- Determining priorities and developing alternatives in case of a bottleneck,
- To cooperate with the Maintenance and Process team in mechanical and electronic failures,
- Performing weekly checks to determine the functionality of mechanical and electronic stations.
- To carry out TPM Pit Stop activities,
