Haznedar Durer Refractories acts as the exclusive distributor of Calderys products and Imerys Steel Casting Fluxes in Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, and Calderys acts as the exclusive distributor of Haznedar Durer elsewhere.

We are looking for Production Engineers for our growing organisation.

Profile:

University degree in Mining, Ceramics, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering,
Maximum 5 years of experience in a related position,
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret production data,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
Excellent MS Office applications,
Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
Excellent Team Player, organized, pro-active and creative,
Eager to learn and get experienced in a growing production facility,
Familiar with continuous improvement and operational excellence initiative,
Solid knowledge of production processes,
Resistance to stress, organized working style, as well as developed leadership skills,
Teamwork oriented, strong follow-up, time management and coordination ability.

Job Description:

Monitor, control and take initiatives for corrective actions to achieve better production KPI’s,
Manages a team of production staff,
Organize shifts of blue collar employees,
Project management if he/she is assigned to a potential project,
Achieve high quality and safe production,
Follow up occupational health and safety regulations,
Handling production in accordance to standardized process,
Work with the team to analyze root causes of downtimes and develop actions to reduce,
Analysis of manpower needs,
Control and monitor standard operating procedures,
Conduct trainings for operators to increase technical capabilities,
