QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Role is a temporary position for 11 months.

Role is a support position to the operations team in daily tasks and a key role to the ODMS (Operational Discipline Management System) sustainability.

Role’s contribution to enable safe and efficient production of low cost, quality products is crucial.

Role will work closely with the operations team leveraging their problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

Role will participate in diagnoses and documentation of root causes of asset utilization losses in the facility.

Role will participate in daily review of logbook and alarm history to better understand the plant operation and stay engaged with daily activities.

Role maintains, owns, and reviews daily Key Process Indicators (KPI)/ trends to ensure optimum performance.

Role will work for the optimization studies in plant Raw Material Efficiency, which may include yield or waste generation.

Role will be the focal point ODMS system and will support the EHS Integrated Audit preparation works.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering

Turkish and English speaking is a must.
