Renkler, with more than 430 employees and a total of 3 production factories and 2 logistics centers located in İzmir and Manisa, provides service for its customers with its dynamic human resources, high product quality and superior technological infrastructure.
Renkler, which set out to produce the parts that make up the products that are the necessity of modern life on the basis of minimum cost and maximum benefit and in a durable and high quality manner, was established in 1980 in Izmir. Renkler, which has added mechanical part molds and apparatus design & manufacturing capabilities to sheet metal cutting and shaping capabilities through machining, pressing, punch, laser and bending machines since its establishment, has become one of the strategic suppliers of the national and international industrial sector with its ability to produce welded, semi-assembled, assembled and turnkey products as well as individual parts.
We are looking for a team member in our management team as a Production Manager in Manisa Factory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- At least 10 year’s experience in field and 5 years managerial experience,
- Preferably experience in manufacturing and management in sheet metals industry,
- Preferably have a good command of sheet metal manufacturing processes and technologies,
- Working knowledge of quality management systems theory and practice,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Have a continuous improvement focus,
- Strong communication, reporting and planing skills,
- Strong organizational and managerial skills,
Job Description
- Manage and evaluate entire production process,
- Managing production activities in accordance with customer requests in new projects,
- Coordinate with other department,
- Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives,
- Follow up of KPIs,
- Leading the production team,
- Problem countermeasure development and confirmation,
- Analyze & Reporting production trends,
