We are looking for Production Planning and Control Supervisor in Istanbul Tuzla Plant.
- Engineering degree
- Minimum five years experience in Automotive Industry with progressive responsibilities in Production and Materials planning and three plus years experience in a leadership role,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
- SAP PP, MM and related modules Knowledge and Experience
- Very good Leadership skills: able to manage a large team.
- Good interpersonal skills for dealing with various functional areas within the organization.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under stress & in different topics at once (Multitask).
- Fluent English: written & spoken.
- Disciplined, well organized, patient.
Job Description
- Supervise and control of all aspects of Material planning, Production and Delivery planning to achieve customer’s requirements.
- Manage operations planning in term of production scheduling, material planning and capacity planning.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of data in SAP related with Production and Materials Planning, Capacity, BOM.
- Lead Customer escalation meetings related with backlogs, backlog recovery.
- Ensure staff comply with their duties, reports and KPI's delivered on time.
- Ensure deep analysis of customers schedules in order to provide the production with a stable planning.
- Receiving sales forecast based on a customer requirement. Analyze data to identify forecast trends, material plan trends, control schedule material/supply component.
- Control Material and finished goods stock, Planning to import material order follow plan, control supplier, avoiding disruption to production.
- Monitoring the material planning & scheduling and supplier shipment release for each supplier based on a calculation of safety stock, lead time and supplier capacity.
- Communicating with internal production and support organizations to manage the plan in efficient.
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and other facilitate on-time to the production line as and when required, must to avoid disruption to production and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production
- Analysis of production capacity and follow-up regularly in order to determine optimum conditions for production considering customer demand and other adjustmen
- Manage customer capacity studies (GCP, CAR, INCA etc.)
- Lead the master planning schedule weekly Meeting review with plant team.
- Set & update the countermeasures list issued during the master planning chedule meeting.
- Drive all demand & Supply alignment activities with all other departments.
- Lead the review and the analysis of past performance gaps and take the necessary preventive actions.
- Lead Customer audit preparations and participate in customer audits
- Lead S&OP meetings and ensure the reports prepared correctively on time by staff.
