QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Production & Planning Engineer for our production facility in Arnavutköy/Hadımköy.
Job Description:
· Carrying out production process according to the standards and taking actions to improve the process,
· Ensuring that the production processes are carried out effectively in accordance with the plans in a way that the determined quality and cost targets are achieved,
· Planning the required material needs, including raw material,
· Making production plans, following the order and procurement processes
· Following the standard staff plans to be prepared to get the highest efficiency from the workforce,
· Taking corrective and preventive actions to prevent problems/risks related to the product within the scope of the quality system, ensuring the practices are followed,
· Monitoring and reporting production quantities, developing production by increasing methods,
· Reporting of Productions KPIs in periods,
· Ensuring effective management of the product, machinery, and workforce,
· Monitoring the maintenance and efficiency of the production equipment,
· Using continuous improvement tools such as ‘Lean Management’ to constantly improve daily management
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering faculties,
· Good communication skills in English both written and spoken (must),
· At least 3 years of experience in production & planning,
· Experience in Lean Production tools,
· Proficient in ERP implementations,
· Having a systematic and result-oriented approach for problem-solving and achieving goals,
· Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel,
· High standards of accuracy, being proficient at working with tight deadlines, managing pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks,
· Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
· Team player, result-oriented personality with strong planning and organization skills
· Flexible in working hours
· For male candidates, military service must be completed
· Resides in the European side of Istanbul preferably Beylikdüzü area
