QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Production Planning and Scheduling,
- Production capacity and lot size determination in accordance with plant management,
- Identify, asses and aggregate production demands coming from supply chain, spare parts and external customers and production resources (staff and machines),
- Balancing of resources and demand given by supply chain, spare parts and external customers (production scheduling),
- Provide input for FTE planning in direct labour area to production management,
- Steering and control of buffer stocks for semi-finished goods in the plant or in inter-plant relations,
- Schedule sub-contracting parts.
- Contribute to efficient solutions in case of deliver bottle-necks to customers together with supply chain and production management,
- Proceed production order management (production order creation and closures, steering error list from order confirmation "COGI"),
- Provide demands and replenishment orders for inter-plant relations,
- Maintenance of production logistic related master data,
- Key user for production scheduling and planning tool and processes,
Competencies
- Bachelor and/ or master’s degree in industrial/mechanical engineering,
- Min 3 years work experience on Production Planning,
- SAP ECC and PP/DS, Microsoft Office,
- English fluent in spoken and written,
- Good communication skills.
