QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Production Planning Engineer" for our Yazaki Gemlik Plant with below job description and qualifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Production Planning:

* Tracking of customer orders
* Contacting the customer regarding planning and deliveries, ensuring that the requested information is given and received

Operational:

* Production planning, control, tracking, reporting

* Preparation of shipment lists, tracking shipment days, truck / truck organization
* Creation of shipment transactions in the ERP system
* Management of Recycled Packaging materials
* Tracking of daily stock control
* Critical materials tracking, production adequacy analysis, production plan coordination
* Participating in daily, weekly, monthly meetings
* Participating in design change meetings and design change management
* Creating and reporting inventory
* Preparation of capacity and occupation plans
* Creating a long-term production plan
* Creating and reporting production reports
* Checking and updating planning procedures periodically

KPI Management:

* Following up the objectives related to the department

ISMS & KVKK:
* Complying with ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies
* Complying with the privacy statement and disciplinary procedure
* To fulfill its responsibilities in the corrective and preventive actions of ISMS
* To notify security incidents and violations to relevant units
* Having knowledge about KVKK processes and to ensure their implementation within the department

QUALIFICATOINS:

* University graduate preferable from engineering fields

* Good command of English both in written ans spoken

* Good Communication and team working skills

* Good PC Skills (MS Office)

* Residence in Bursa

* No military obligation for male candidates
