QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
The purpose of the job is supporting the full scope of Production Planning responsibilities, maintaining the organization's Production Planning by implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.
- Implement and manage production plan, outsourcing product process.
- Monitor and manage abnormality of equipment utilization, production efficiency and achievement rate.
- Reply sales department’s enquiry, review and confirm production order.
- Manage raw material and material stock in/out, cross-plant allocation operation.
- Assist section manager to process production order of raw material slitting and cutting & tube making.
- In order to ensure that the information flow between departments is fast and healthy, the amount, quantity and use of raw materials to be used in production are known, the necessary data (opening a stock card, creating a product tree, raw material purchases) / material information etc.) Ensuring and controlling the entry into the ERP program.
- Check all data entered regarding production and take necessary actions in any possible case.
- Control the monthly Raw Material, Waste, Semi-Finished, Finished, Count, Input and Output Costing processes.
- Develop and suggest suggestions for continuous improvement of the process for which he is responsible, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Report the problems that occur in the process of her/his responsibility to her/his section manager in a way that will not disrupt the work process and to ensure that the problem is resolved.
- Ensure the creation, execution and improvement of all kinds of processes required by the Corporate Management System in her/his duties.
- Report to the section manager on the performance. Prepare monthly and annual activity reports.
- Ensure that the requirements of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and 5S standards are met in the duties under her/him.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from Industrial / Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably having at least 3 years of experience.
- Good level of English.
