QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Production Planning Specialist" who will work in our Hygiene Category and squads in agile way of working.
Job Description
- SAP PP master production scheduling and running MRP
- Executing long term planning cycle, analyze rough cut capacity planning
- Executing weekly short term planning cycle
- Ensuring availability in raw and pack materials and finished goods,
- Optimizing production plans in accordance with the needs of the customers, suppliers’ capacities, constraints of purchasing, production and distribution processes,
- Delivering KPI’s (Cover days, Service Level etc.) as agreed quarterly and annually,
- Collaborate with Launch/Relaunch planning team to deliver launch/relaunch products on time and decrease the write off for the relaunch products.
Required Qualifications
- University degre
- Min. 2 years of production planning experience
- FMCG company and/or hygiene category experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- SAP PP, SAP APO knowhow is an asset.
- Effective time management and planning, Rational decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills
- An analytical work style
- Being able to work collaboratively with other departments
