QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a " Production Reporting Specialist " for our leading client operating in food & beverage sector.
Responsibilities
o To prepare the specified performance tables, production KPI reports, to deliver them to the correct and complete superior supervisor within the specified periods. Alignment of sales units & finance and supply chain teams on a one single number
o To carry out half-hour follow-up, counting and consumption operations
o Reporting and following daily production orders
o To carry out fire tracking, counting and consumption operations.
o Opening purchase requests for production department needs.
o To carry out the product and WIP production input, consumption and management process on the system.
o Making and monitoring the necessary improvements in production tracking methods and ERP issues.
o It acts in accordance with occupational safety and environmental instructions for occupational safety and environmental protection.
o Assisting Production Manager and production engineers further requirements and reports o Using KHM models and reporting daily basis
Qualifications
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree ( Business Administration, Engineering is preferrable)
• Work experience of at least 1 year production facilities.
• Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is important
• A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively preferable.
• Leading skills and multitasking is required to site management
• Strong communication skills , team working is an asset.
• ERP knowledge is important
• MS office knowledge is highly required
