SNOP, part of FSD Group headquartered in France, is international company working in Automotive sector. We are looking for“Production Responsible (Press Sector) ” for Izmit/Kocaeli plant. Our expectations are;
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree in Engineering Departments,
- Minimum 5 years production experience in automotive industry,
- Experience in stamping process is asset
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English,
- Advance level of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an asset,
- Pro- active, quality and result oriented,
- High sense of responsibility, planning, organization and problem-solving skills,
- Team management, coaching and leadership skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Resident or willing to relocate in Kocaeli,
Note: No shuttle to Gebze, Körfez, Hereke area
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure continuity of high quality and just in time production with customer mindset,
- Monitoring and optimizing production performance in order to meet targets,
- Manpower and equipment management comply with production plan,
- Manage personnel schedules (shifts, overtime etc…) according to operational needs,
- Ensure follow up and improvement of KPI’s,
- Contribute to define the continuous Improvement Action Plan (5 S, QRQC etc.. ),
- Take role in improvement of productivity, quality and ergonomic projects
- Ensure coordination between different departments and other sectors,
- Take active role in new product launches and try
- Support Production Manager to achieve objectives of the team & company,
- Supervise & motivate team members, follow-up of productivity,
- Ensuring compliance with discipline, health and safety, quality and company rules,
- Determine and control the necessity of the training and polyvalence of the team.
