QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Zehnder Group stands for energy-efficient products and solutions for a healthy and comfortable indoor climate to help to improve quality of life since 1895. Zehnder produces and sells decorative radiators, as well as heating and cooling ceiling systems, comfortable indoor ventilation and air cleaning systems on an international level.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented engineers to join us as a “Production Shift Engineer” within Production Department and volunteer to share the motto of Zehnder “Always The Best Climate” with us.

The role is based in Manisa at SANPAN Production Plant.

What will be your contributions:

• Coordination of the production
• Implementing improvement activities on the site
• Support to solve problems during the production
• Support on the production line performance on cost/quality/efficiency/ergonomics/safety and etc.
• Improvement activities and development of lean manufacturing solutions (6S, Kaizen etc.)
• Follow-up ongoing projects with project members and take role in new projects and etc.

What matters:

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or related faculties
• Have experience or willingness in production and project management
• Problem solving, analytical thinking, result oriented
• A good teammate
• Good level of English skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Basic knowledge about Method and Process Engineering
• Good knowledge about Autocad/Draftsight
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• No restriction for travel domestic and abroad
