British American Tobacco Turkey is looking for a Production Shift Supervisorto join our Manufacturing team based in our Samsun Factory!
What is the Job Description:
- Supervising teams working in shifts & contributing to their development through consistent coaching
- Ensuring the correct and complete implementation of occupational health & safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
- Reaching the challenging targets required by manufacturing processes and tools; achieving manufacturing, quality, cost, delivery and occupational health & safety targets
- Generating sustainable solutions for losses by leading problem-solving processes actively
- Taking an active role in ensuring continuous development and sustainability
What Are We Looking For:
- University graduate from Engineering Departments (preferably from Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical & Electronics and Mechatronics Engineering Departments)
- 2-3 years of job experience in Manufacturing Department
- Adaptability to work in shifts
- Fluent in English
- Strong presentation and communication skills & prone to teamwork
- Developed analytical thinking and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
- Willingness to work in Samsun
- For male candidates, completion of military service
