- Graduated from related engineering departments of universities, preferably Metallurgy and Materials, Industry, Mechanical Engineering,
- At least 3 years of production experience in manufacturing companies,
- Planning, organization, follow-up, problem-solving skills,
- Proficient in ERP, SAP and MS Office programs,
- Knowledge of Production Techniques,
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- He has completed their military service for male candidates,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Making personnel placement according to the production plan,
- To ensure the management and administration of blue-collar employees working in production,
- To produce fast solutions to problems that may occur in production,
- To provide solutions to production problems by communicating with technical, planning, warehouse and quality,
- To ensure the realization of production according to the determined quality, time and quantity plan,
- To follow up the works specified in the job descriptions of the foremen, to ensure that they are carried out on time and correctly,
- To carry out the necessary work for the continuation and increase of productivity in production, to report the work done to the supervisor,
- Machinery, material, personnel, etc. to determine their needs and request from their superiors.
