Position Summary

As a member of the core Program Team, the role of the Program Financial Controller is to manage all financial aspects of a program throughout the program life. He / She will track and ensure proper control and report of all program related costs. The Program Financial Controller will maintain the Program Budget ensuring a clear view of the financial status of a program and that will assist them in making financial decisions for the program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide program financial and budget communication towards core team, management and plants involved,
  • Work closely with the costing team to understand and validate Program Nomination Budget content, cost and RfQ assumptions,
  • Assist in the preparation of Program Budget by consultation with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Test & Validation, Industrial Investments, Purchasing, etc. to ensure correct projection of the program costs,
  • Keep record of the variances between the initial approved Program Budget and subsequent program budget plans,
  • Works closely with Cost and Sales teams to control and keep record of any financial impact of changes with a target to minimize potential losses,
  • Maintains a cost tracking system for each program to communicate and explain on regular (e.g. monthly) basis,
  • Coordination of other ad hoc financial analysis with relevant departments (e.g. Operations, Purchasing, Industrial Investments) as requested by the Program Manager or Management Team: Make vs. Buy, Footprint, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years (Big 4 experience is a plus),
  • Reporting experience is an advantage,
  • Excel required,
  • SAP knowledge is a plus,
  • Residing/willing to reside in Bursa.
