We are looking for a Program & Launch Engineer with the following characteristics to be employed in our company.
- University degree in Engineering Departments (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering etc. ),
- Fluent level of English,
- Two years of experience in a similar job position, preferable in automotive industry,
- High analytical mind,
- Job Management skills,
- Negotiation skills,
- Result oriented,
- SAP and MS Office (especially Excel) knowledge,
- Problem Solving abilities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Program and Launch Engineer in plant based on OPMS3.0
- Working effectively with Global functions and customer
- Working according to program planning based on engaged customer milestones
- RFQ Study
- Cost Consolidation (CCF) management
- Preserial and prototype production coordination
- Material Procurement Follow Up with Purchasing
- Program Engineering PPAP documentation
- R&R leadership (Action Follow Up, coordination within the plant)
- Program Launch / Industrialisation leadership
- Capex and CPT Tracking-PBM Management
- Ensure that customer spesific requirements and regulatory laws are being met in responsible areas
- Coordinating with the Inter-Company plants (INTERCO) for Make components within the region including all pre-production build events.
- Supporting the Program team with Program Cost control actions to meet the Financial Business Case targets.
- PV test follow-up
- Change Management within the plant
- Coordinate OBEYA Meetings and activities for Launch Readiness Review
- Coordinate Program Follow-up meeting
- Coordinate customer technical meetings
