QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Project Quality Engineer" colleague to be assigned where we will expand our existing staff together with the increasing activities of our company.
KAR PLASTİK manufacturing different types of plastic injection parts for automotive sector is looking for candidates to be employed as part of project-quality team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making feasibility and cost studies
- To implement RFQ process; capacity, investment and cost calculation based on customer technical data’s (evaluation of technical drawings, 3D data, specifications, special requirements etc.)
- To carry out the APQP and the PPAP processes of the projects.
- Being project leadership from project launching until PPAP approval,
- To understand project constraints and goals,
- To manage the project in line with the targets and time schedule planned.
- To define the needs of raw material and sub-part that will be required during the project, and to ensure that are supplied on time.
- To follow the mould and apparatus manufacturing process
- To carry out change management process.
- Monitoring of internal scrap, PPM indicators, and activity planning and follow-up of activities to be within the target
- Taking part in Quality System / Customer Audits and closing nonconformities with the quality team.
- Informing and directing the production units according to the quality problems reported from the customer, following the actions regarding the quality problems,
- Being interface between the customer and the company. Executing customer visits
- Managing the customer requests related to the project to the relevant departments
- To report regularly to the manager and the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS (How are we looking for a teammate?)
- University graduation from Engineering departments.
- Minimum 2-year experience in automotive industry.
- Preferably experienced in OEM Projects
- Requires good verbal and written communication skills in English (Min Upper-intermediate) and German as a 2 language (German will be preferred)
- Preferably 3D design programs usage knowledge
- Must think logically, with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Knowledge of automotive system IATF 16949 and automotive core tools (PPAP, FMEA and etc.)

- Able to travel domestically and internationally,
- Valid driving license
