QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

AAGER GMBH manufactures storage tank equipment, such as flame arresters, breather valves, gauge hatches, floating roofs, and floating suction pipe. AAGER L also provides many other products for energy industry including pressure vessels, storage and process tanks and fire fighting systems under the name of ERGIL and STORAGETECH
Our company needs a project coordinator who facilitates and follows projects. Project coordinator job description is as below;

  • Mechanical Engineering graduation degree
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in industrial projects and totally minimum 7 years experience.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Experience in projects which need ASME, PED, API standarts is a plus
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Having basic knowledge about Autocad and Solidworks and other engineering design programmes, used in industry
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • No military obligation (for male candidates)
  • Lives / can live in Mersin or Tarsus

İŞ TANIMI

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Help prepare budgets
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Operations Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Issue all required legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
