QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Leader will be responsible for all aspects of the allocated projects by insuring the achievement of the project’s objectives and customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards, methodologies, guidelines & best practices.

She/he has a key role within the framework of the project: the Project Leader will be responsible for budget control, managing the schedule and ensuring the conformity of the products, all within an international environment. In this light, the Project Leader will be working with different internal and external business partners, including the pre-project and commercial teams when setting up the project, and the product manager when dealing with technical aspects of the project.

She/he will be one of the central interlocutors in the customer relationship, relaying the customer’s requests within the company and representing the company in his/her customer dealings.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure detailed project planning construction and develop the execution of tasks in relation with project team members and outputs forecasted for each phase
  • Oversee of the project in all key activities: identifying and piloting proactively tasks contain & objectives for project monitoring, product/process readiness completion versus OEM targets for each phase, costs tracking versus budget approval.
  • Set up the standards tools and methodologies to apply along with the development of the Project
  • Ensure conformity of product and manage technical/economical change requests through customer requirements
  • Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction with open and proactive communication
  • Support commercial team to prepare the offers
  • Ensure the coordination and make the interface with project team, plant and production teams to ensure product & process readiness at each project milestone
  • Apply action plan on the relevant topics and control that all open issues are closed on time
  • Timing is a contract during project execution keep track of all internal/external milestones and ensure on-time delivery of Project
  • Set up and manage regular projects meetings for issue solving & release regular reports to management
  • Escalate any necessary information on due time to management to anticipate decision taking


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (engineering degree is preferred)
  • Min 8 years of work experience in project management in a multinational automotive or manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
  • Has the ability to make informed, timely, and effective decisions

  • Must have the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects
