GENEL NİTELİKLER
PROJE MÜDÜRÜ
Ankara Kahramankazan ilçesi Kışla Mahallesinde kurulu fabrikamızda;
GENEL NİTELİKLER
-Üniversitelerin Makine Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun,
-Proje ve ekip yönetimi konusunda deneyimli,
-Çelik ve Çelik Ekipmanları işlerinde teklif hazırlayabilecek,
-İyi düzeyde Ms Office programlarına hakim,
-İyi seviyede İngilizce bilgisine sahip, konuşma / yazışma yapabilecek,
-AutoCAD programını iyi seviyede kullanabilen,
-Görev paylaşımı ve takım halinde çalışma konularına önem veren,
-Kriz ve Liderlik Yönetimi becerilerine sahip, Güçlü iletişim, problem çözme, inisiyatif alma ve karar verme yeteneklerine sahip,
-Ankara’da ikamet eden / edebilecek olan,
-Seyahat engeli bulunmayan,
-B sınıfı ehliyet sahibi, aktif araç kullanabilen,
-Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış.
İŞİN TANIMI
-Proje yönetimi/koordinasyonunda yer alarak, proje risk ve hedeflerini yönetmek,
-Projelerdeki iş programını, hedeflenen bütçe ve kaliteye uygun olarak yürütülmesini sağlama
-Projeler kapsamı oluşturulan her türlü doküman ve kayıtları şirket kalite yönetim sistemine uygun olarak tutmak, güncellemek, dosyalamak ve belirlenen sürede ilgililere ulaştırmak,
-İşgücü, zaman, bütçe, malzeme gibi kaynak kullanımında, gerçekleşen ile planlanan/hedeflenen kıyaslamasını gerek projelerin süresi boyunca gerek bitiminde yapmak ve önlemler almak,
-Projelerin geçici ve kesin kabul süreçlerini yönetmek ve denetlemek,
-Müşteri ile imzalanan sözleşme kapsamına yönelik resmi kabul ve işveren kabulü kriterlerinin yerine getirilmesini sağlamak,
-Proje iş programını takip ederek, işin süresinde, bütçesi dâhilinde ve talep edilen kalitede devamını sağlamak,
-Birden fazla projeyi aynı anda yönetme becerisine sahip,
-Proje performansının sözleşme, maliyet, takvim, kalite isterilerine göre yönetimini sağlayacak,

PROJECT MANAGER
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
-Graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department of Universities,
- Experienced in project and team management,
-Preparing offers for Steel and Steel Equipment works,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Good command of English, able to speak / write,
- Able to use AutoCAD program at a good level,
- Giving importance to task sharing and working as a team,
-Crisis and Leadership Management skills, Strong communication, problem-solving, initiative and decision-making skills,
-Residing / able to reside in Ankara,
-No barriers to travel,
-B class driver's license, able to drive actively,
-Male candidates must have completed military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing project risks and objectives by taking part in project management/coordination,
-Ensuring that the work program in the projects is carried out in accordance with the targeted budget and quality
- Keeping all kinds of documents and records created within the scope of the projects in accordance with the company's quality management system, updating, filing and delivering them to the relevant people within the specified time,
-Making a comparison between the actual and the planned/targeted in the use of resources such as labor, time, budget, materials, and taking precautions during and at the end of the projects,
-Managing and supervising the temporary and final acceptance processes of projects,
-To ensure that the official acceptance and employer acceptance criteria for the scope of the contract signed with the customer are fulfilled,
-Following the project work schedule, ensuring the continuation of the work on time, within the budget and with the requested quality,
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time,
-To ensure the management of the project performance according to the contract, cost, schedule, quality requirements,
