QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

PM Engineer Job Description;

- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.

- In-depth understanding of how work of team integrates with other teams and contributes to area.

- Follow up transport schedules with foreign colleagues and collaborate with internal team by fluent organization of several departments.

- Operational background is preferred

- Negotiate agreement with suppliers to provide logistics, services including moves, warehousing, pick-pack-ship, customs clearance etc.

- Work with internal/external teams to manage any claims processing/resolution

- Maintain and communicate meaningful reports and metrics to the team and leadership

- Maintain a continuous improvement/optimization posture on all processes.

- Develop and maintain related policies, procedures and workflows.

Qualifications;

- Fluent in English. (Korean, German & Spanish is a plus)

- Graduated from Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. (Finance knowledge is not required but it is a plus)

- Microsoft Project knowledge is required for Gantt Chart and task follow up experience
