Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Gained 1-3 years of experience in project departments in automotive industry
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Fluent in English, German is preferred
- Knowledge in CAD systems (Catia V5) would be an asset
- Ability to work as part of an international team, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Having dynamic, planned and follower features
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, positive attitude, good team player and result oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Preferably have knowledge of ISO 16949 Quality Management System
- No obstacle for domestic and international traveling
- Residing in Kocaeli or Istanbul Anatolian side / will be able to
Duties and responsibilities
- Follow up the main time plan, milestones, objectives, resources of the activities in the project
- Support the project team to determine, plan, implement, control and complete the necessary steps to ensure project success
- Carrying out the pricing, efficiency and proposal engineering studies of projects and products
- Window person of HP Pelzer Pimsa to the customer
- Responsible for APQP, PPAP and other related processes of the projects
- Organize technical meetings and project reviews with all parties; internal and external
- Report the issues/risks periodically and follow up the countermeasures,
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction with open and proactive communication
- To work in accordance with the requirements of quality management systems IATF 16949
