GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Üniversitelerin Makine, Endüstri, Metalürji ve Malzeme Mühendisliği bölümlerinden mezun,
- Üretim süreci yönetiminde en az 4 yıl deneyimli,
- Tercihen makine, montaj ve imalat sektöründe çalışmış
- Talaşlı imalat ve çelik konstrüksiyon konusunda deneyimli,
- Üretimin tüm proseslerinin yönetimi, takibi ve denetimini gerçekleştirebilecek,
- Ekip yönetme, analitik düşünme becerisi ve liderlik yetkinliği gelişmiş,
- Yaratıcı zekaya sahip, çözüm odaklı, inisiyatif kullanabilen, insan ilişkileri güçlü, sözlü ve yazılı iletişimi kuvvetli, proaktif, sorumluluk bilinci yüksek,
- Planlama ve organizasyon yeteneği güçlü,
- Kalite yönetim sistemleri, iş güvenliği ve yalın üretim konularında bilgi sahibi olan,
- MS Office, CAD programlarını etkin kullanabilen,
- İngilizce yazılı ve sözlü iletişim konusunda etkin,
- B sınıfı ehliyeti olan ve aktif olarak araç kullanabilen,
- Yurtdışı seyahat engeli bulunmayan,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
- Düzce'de ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan ekip arkadaşları aramaktayız.
Project Manager
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industry, Metallurgical and Materials);
- Previous experience (minimum 4 years) as a PM in plant manufacturing companies, preferably in-house manufacturing;
- Drawing up risk assessments, contracts, and contract budgets;
- Relations with external customers;
- The candidate will preferably knows claims management processes;
- The candidate will preferably have PMP certification.
- Ability to read and interpret sales and/or supply contracts;
- Ability to plan and schedule job activities, focusing on timeframes, costs, and quality;
- Management of critical aspects related to maintaining the cash flow defined for a job order;
- Actively put into effect the new technological solutions ensuring customer satisfaction and the company’s profitability;
- Risk assessment, recovery plans, claims management;
- Coordinating with the various teams and subsidiaries involved in job progress (Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly);
- Shipping supervision and responsibility for the job order income statement;
- Manage contractual changes by taking precautions against possible claims of the customer or by addressing the possible claims to suppliers;
- Customer relations and satisfaction;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English;
