QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
S/he will be employed as Business Development & Project Responsible for our Business Development & Project Department.
Main responsibilities are;
· Technical & Commercial management of production preparation activities from RFQ to mass production handover phase for new customer projects.
· Marketing plan preparation inline with company strategies and taking an active role to determine potential customers and implement actions
· Leading the RFQ process for new projects by conducting the feasibility studies with all related teams
· Creation of project planning inline with customer master plan & reqular follow up
· Prepare project budget & reqular update
· Management of all internal & external project status review meetings
· Conducting cost follow activities during the project phases and engineering changes after mass production start.
Qualifications:
· BS or MSc degree in engineering departments (esp. Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering)
· 2-3 years of experience in the field of project & sales management in household appliance or automotive environment
· Have a good level of English knowledge to communicate verbally and in written
· Able to use advanced MS Office programs
· Having strong human relations and advanced problem-solving skills
· Residing in Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Çorlu area / will be able to
