QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Who are we
We are a small but rapidly growing German engineering and software company.
We have an established office in Istanbul and are looking to further expand our strong development capacity there.
As the office in Istanbul is recently opened, this is a great opportunity for our new employees to quickly progress their career with us.
We are looking for a project manager, who will work with us in our daily projects, such as
- Fleet management systems for autonomous guided vehicles
- Visualization of machines and plants in polymer processing
- Geoinformatics applications
- Cloud-based energy distribution systems
- Web & Mobile Applications
What we need you to do
- Communicating with customer to receive and understand requirements
- Assisting and guiding the customer in defining clear requirements
- Analyzing customer requirements and making feasibility checks
- Along with technical leaders, transforming customer requirements into work items
- Keeping track of work items, ensuring all the work is done timely & properly
- Handling any communication that is required between different departments & teams
- Documenting customer requirements & work items
- Ensuring work done is accurate & in high quality
- Creating schedules for projects and ensuring those schedules are adhered
What we need you to have
- Bachelor's Degree or above in a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Project Manager or Business Analyst
- General knowledge of information technologies
- Knowledge of software development process
- Knowledge in product management and documentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Turkish & English
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to comprehend technical terminology and concepts
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly and comfortably communicate via phone and email to both business and IT stakeholders, agencies, vendors
- Being self-motivated and independent critical thinker who can visualize and guide team during conflicting situations to stay focused on business goals & priorities
- Knowing German is a plus
- Having any kind of development experience is a plus
