QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As we are building complex Travel & Tourism websites based on Enterprise CMS systems, we are looking for someone technical, someone who not only has experience in managingtechnical, website projects but has a deep understanding of new web technologies besides can lead a conversation centered on solutions for business and technical problems.
Job Description:
- Adopt full project life cycle from requirement definition, planning and implementation to successful delivery.
- Make recommendations for refining and optimizing project procedures.
- Establishes the project organization and defines project plans.
- Manage change to maintain the project plan accurate and up tp date.
- Ensures project success by kepping track of costs, schedules, resource availability and technical performance with SDLC processes.
- Ensures that quality standards are followed and that project deliverable is reviewd.
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience with software development teams in technical project management with project management methods.
- A bachelor degree in information technologies, software engineering or a related field.
- Approaching issue solving with a creative, proactive and analytical mindset.
- Having a project management certificate is preferred (PMP,PgMP by PMI,Prince2)
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and using project management tools such as JIRA,Monday,etc.
- Understanding of latest coding technologies,framework and digital experiences.
- Excellent time management, organizational abilities and flexibility to work with 3rd parties.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Able to work under stress and handle situation calmly and objectively in case of disagreement.
