QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Work Description
o Strategic and operative planning and support for new vehicle (OE) and
rail service (RS) projects in Turkey
o Leading of OE vehicle projects in Turkey
o Interface between the customer and project organization.
o Contact person for the mechanical and electronic system engineer
and sub- project managers of involved development departments
o Project communication and presentation to involved stakeholder
o Clarification of project requirements and contract obligations
o Commercial offer preparation for OE and RS business considering
price calculation methods and close exchange with related
departments and sub-project managers
o Supporting participation of international tender and preparing related
tender documentation
o Detailed contract review and commenting for OE vehicle projects
with collaboration and support of legal department
o Contract negotiations with the customer to agree on product
and service content
o Responsible for the project controlling and related monitoring and
maintenance of project data. Determination of commercial data
to evaluate the project profitability. Monitoring achievement of project
milestones
o Working in close cooperation with the order managers to ensure an
in-time delivery
o Support clarification of quality issues in the field
o Supporting the market planning
o Collecting and evaluation of market data
o Support the strategic market planning
o Preparing turnover prognosis and market planning figures
Skills
· Successfully passed study in business , economics or industrial
engineering
· Commercial training background in a bank is highly recommended
· Experience in commercial project management
· Familiarized with commercial contract reviewing (e.g. payment conditions,
liability, penalty, warranty, incoterms )
· Experienced in international sales preferable
· Self-confident manner and customer orientated working style
· English fluent (spoken and written), Turkish preferable
· Ability to work in a team
· Good communication skills
