QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a ‘’Project Administrator’’ for our global customer who has established itself as a major player in energy services & equipment across the world and has an office in Turkey.


Qualifications:

  • Education would be college or equivalent
  • Project/work experience is more important and typically experience of more than 5 years
  • Fluent in English


Responsibilities:

  • Handles complex and confidential secretarial and administrative assignments
  • Managing, planning and arranging country level travelling, transfer and accommodations
  • Managing, conducting relations with hotels, transfer companies
  • Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, diary, onsite and offsite meetings, internal events, client appointments, etc. and provide reminders
  • Translations of required and requested internal & external documentations
  • Managing and prioritizing incoming calls, and handle requests for information at an advanced level, taking client calls and arranging client appointments when it is needed
  • Basic correspondences with abroad
  • Drafting, preparing, checking interoffice correspondence and miscellaneous, requested documents, letters, reports, presentations ,etc.
  • Filing and archiving all correspondences and documentation in an organized and consistent manner
  • Booking of local couriers requested by staff; accepting deliveries into the office and advising staff of their arrival, including distribution of daily airbags from locations
  • Sending out international and domestic airbags. Filing con-notes for easy reference and recording consignment numbers
  • Purchasing stationery and kitchen supplies through Corporate Express (via on-line ordering)
  • Organising services provided by Building Services for office maintenance (e.g. changing fluoro lights, updating car-parks in basement for contractors)
  • Providing administrative & operational support
  • Following the topics launched by the management
