QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a “Project and Process Improvement Specialist” for our Project and Operations Improvement Department in our Factory in Topkapı!
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications;
- University degree from a reputable university preferably in Industrial Engineering,
- 1-2 years of experience in project management and process improvement,
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills,
- Preferably technical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Statistics, Project Management, and G-Suite,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Fluent in English.
Job Description:
- Taking part in the establishment of the follow-up and management system of all projects that will contribute to increasing operational efficiency,
- Ensuring the creation of projects determined in parallel with the factory strategic targets, follow up on the projects and analyze the effects of each project on the factory targets,
- Being responsible for the follow-up of the process management system, which monitors the efficiency of the processes, and the relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the development of operational and organizational efficiency,
- Being responsible for the continuity of the Lean and Kaizen mentality in the operations,
- Being responsible for the adaptation and maintenance of digital factory application opportunities on the site within the scope of operation improvement studies,
- Being responsible for the adaptation and maintenance of the Process Management Model in the site operations.
