QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


How do we describe the perfect fit?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Engineering or related departments,
  • Able to work min. 4 days in a week,
  • SQL knowledge is must
  • Design, develop and support business processes using various BI and visualization tools
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English

How will you foster the change? 

We are looking for a Project Assistant who will join our team at CRM & Analysis team.
  • Passionate about CRM and Customer Analytics, planning her/his career in this area,
  • Experience with customer analytics, web analytics and loyalty management BI process,
  • Experience in drawing insights from data about CRM and Web Analytics,
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources, 
  • Experience with MS Office, SQL
  • Familiarity with techniques such as regression, extrapolation, time series analysis, forecasting, statistical hypothesis testing and econometric models,
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.
  • Analyzing data identifying trends and patterns related to guest-customer (CRM) segments, marketing performance, store/web/mobile app analytics and user experience,
  • Analyzing and interpreting user segments and behaviors to be leveraged in lifecycle marketing
  • Building of business-wide consumer analytics customer-centric dashboards, reports and ad-hoc analysis,
  • Ensuring the right customer data is being captured at all points of entry and work with internal/external source system partners,
  • Analyzing and forecasting customer journeys with real time customer event scenarios,
  • Finding, identifying and deciding the best set of customers for smart campaign targeting,
  • Analyzing the results of CRM actions (campaign usage, click rate, conversion rate, cohort etc.),
  • Supporting, testing, and monitoring data integrations between e-commerce systems, enterprise applications and the data warehouse,
  • Following performance of CRM works.
