QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- 4th-grade student or bachelor’s degree from Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics, and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields,
- Willing to pursue a career in Human Resources,
- Having experience in HR is a plus,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,

The position is located in Çayırova.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Project Assistant – Human Resources who will join our team at Washing Machine Product Directorate.
- Supporting Industrial Relations, personnel affairs, and administrative affairs,
- Advising on human resources processes and applications,
- Taking an active role in employee engagement, internal/external communication, employer branding, and employee experience processes.
