Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience at least 10 years in automotive industry with minimum 5 years international project management experience
- Fluent in both spoken and written in English
- No restriction of travel within and out of country
- Teamworking, managerial and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Job Description:
Taking full responsibility of a new project with a proper coordination of an international project team, in order to ensure the success of the project in terms of;
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive an international team properly by keeping team sprit
- Create and follow-up properly project timing plans
- Built and follow-up properly project budget
- Proper reporting of project activities to the management
- Proper and on time escalation of critical issues
- Ensure the success of the new project
