How will you foster the challenge? We are looking for a passionate Project Assistant – Talent Management, Culture, Diversity who will join our team at Human Resources directorate.
- Supporting project leads in delivering strategic talent & culture& diversity projects and initiatives,
- Actively takes role and contributes to specific projects when required,
- Coordinating and manages daily operations of talent management process,
- Working closely with other CoE and Global HR Business partner teams and responds to inquiries on department efforts.,
- Executes the data management operations of key talent, culture and diversity metrics,
- Recording and monitors project invoices and budget realization through organizations budget and purchasing platforms,
- Working in designing mobility / rotation programs, career experience journeys,
- Actively works in digitalization initiatives of talent, culture, DEI projects such as career platforms, culture onboarding, DEI network platforms.
